How many times in your life have you uttered the mindless phrase “If I were rich this wouldn’t be a problem?” I’m sure the numbers are too great to recollect, but I know all of you have said it at least once. Since my job is to make you feel better about yourself (kind of) and help you to be a better steward of your cash I’m bringing you “If it makes you feel better.”
Check out which celebrities are losing their homesteads to the foreclosure market:
Not “Real Deal” Holyfield. He seems like such a good guy despite his 11 children by 7 women and $550K in bad debt. Another champ bites the dust as it looks like Earless Evander may be losing his $10 million Georgia mansion if he doesn’t work something out with WaMu. Do I hear Don King peddling the discount pay per view bout, Holyfield vs. Tyson IV: Fists of Foreclosure?
No way Jose’
One half of the world famous bash brothers is walking away from his $2.5 million dollar California home. Jose “Juiced Balls” Canseco turned his home over to his mortgager citing that it wasn’t a good idea to continue to pay for a home that someone else owned. While he’s at it I think he should turn this shirt over to the bank as it’s clearly not becoming of a gentleman.
Publish Deez
Looks like “Easy” Ed McMahon is going to be turning over the keys to his palatial Beverly Hills estate in the coming months. Ed’s house has been on the market for 2 years with no interested buyers. Umm, maybe he should lower the price. You would think that someone over at Publisher’s Clearing House could pull some strings and have a magazine drive to save this mans home.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T
Find out what it means to me sock it to me, sock it to me, sock it to me. Well Aretha Franklin, when the tax man feels like you’re disrespecting him he will taketh your house. Don’t feel too bad for the Queen of soul, she’s agreed to harvest the milk from her bosom to supplement the Michigan WIC program.
Beat It, Just Beat It
We all know that Jacko is Wacko, but what will the world’s best entertainer do without Neverland….Don’t answer that question. Yep, Mike Jack’s owes $23 million to the bank for the infamous Neverland “fantasy” Ranch. Can you say Jackson 5 reunion tour coming to a banquet facility near you?
