Antonio Lee PDF Print E-mail

This month’s profile highlights Antonio Lee. We chose Tony because of his entrepreneurial drive and his desire to succeed despite the challenges he faced growing up in inner-city Kansas City, MO. Beyond that Tony is a stand up guy who is a blast to be around.

Tony graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. After graduation he pursued a full time opportunity with the company he interned with throughout college. While learning the insurance game working for two large insurance companies in the DC metro area, he took away valuable sales experiences. After relocating back to the KC area Tony decided to branch out on his own. First starting Lee Holdings an Asset Investment Company which focused primarily on real estate and then Brooke Insurance and Financial Service a Franchise operation based in downtown KC. Brooke is a multi line insurance brokerage where Tony markets your insurance to multiple Home, Auto, Life, Health, and Business Insurance Carriers from across the USA to compete for your business.  When asked how to achieve success as an Entrepreneur Tony list these attributes:

--Faith in God. Knowing that God has your back no matter what

--Confidence. If you don’t believe in yourself, who will?

--Hard work. When everyone else is “sleeping” Tony is working.

--Perseverance. Rejection is just part of the game. NEVER QUIT.

--Take Calculated Risk. While it is true that no risk = no reward, taking risk just for the sake of is stupid.

--Integrity. Only sell what you know you can back up.

--Relationships. People do business with those that they know, like and trust. The price and the product are important but whether or not they come back depends on how well you solidify and cultivate the relationships.
